A system for coaching anyone on any of the core life subjects:
Activities of the Training:
♠
Each participant actively coaching 3-5 clients per week while receiving
feedback on how to improve their performance
♠
You will have the chance to coach live in front of large groups of
people.
♠
You will be extensively evaluated during the training.
Requirements of the Training:
♠
This is a rigorous and lengthy training. It will require 2-5 hours per
week for a two-month period.
♠
All training sessions and coaching calls must be attended to remain in
the training.
♠
All assessments, forms, and evaluations must be filled out and returned
as directed.
♠
All assignments of the training must be completed as directed.
Bottom Line:
This is the
fastest track to learn the most advanced coaching techniques in the world. It
is designed for coaches in training, already established coaches who are ready

their people. You will learn by coaching… actively coaching several clients as
you apply the techniques taught in the program. Coaching sessions end in
evaluations where you are scored on your abilities in the areas of
Accountability effectiveness, Leadership effectiveness and value delivered in
the call. You will find yourself inspiring your clients, getting your client to
do what they don’t want to do, and applying the latest in coaching technology.
You receive one on one coaching every week throughout the training.

months. This clears you to strategy coach real estate agents.

(Optional) gain the CPBA, CPVA, CPAA, and Trimetrix Certifications from
Target Training International. The clears you to strategy coach executives and
managers.

Activities of the Training:

Each participant will attend the 9 strategy coach training sessions and
receive feedback on how to improve their performance

You will have the chance to coach live in front of large groups of
people.
♠
You will be evaluated on your strategy coaching performance during the
training.
♠
You will listen to extensive audios and coaching examples of the core
subjects.
♠
You will be causing comprehensive, trans-contextual, lasting change with
others during the training.
♠
You will attend a (one day) SCORE business planning workshop
♠
You will cause a client to generate a strategic plan.
♠
You will be reading extensively throughout the training. |
